    Danny Mountcastle
    Danny Mountcastle is a 1983 graduate of CHS. His love affair with CHS athetics began when he was a sophomore. He has done everything for the Athletics Department imaginable in the last 27 years. He has done laundry, filled pop machines, sold tickets, and now makes out the game programs for different sports and keeps the stats current. He also contributed to the web-site for the Crawfordsville High School Hall of Fame.

    Craig Harmon - HOF Class of 2007
    Craig Harmon
    Craig is a 1979 graduate of CHS. He participated in football, basketball and track winning 8 letters in his career. He was a three year starter in football and scored 130 points. He was voted Outstanding Running Back in his junior and senior years. Craig was the Mental Attitude Award winner in track in 1979 and was All-Conference that year.

    Bruce Whitehead - HOF Class of 2007
    Bruce Whitehead
    Bruce Whitehead was the Athletic Director at CHS for 25 years. Under his watch, the athletic program grew from 12 sports to 20 as CHS added 7 women’s teams and one men’s team. Bruce also coached tennis for 5 years, was assistant baseball coach for 3 years, and was an assistant basketball coach for 10 years. Bruce is currently the Executive Director of the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrator’s Association.

    Debbie Grush - HOF Class of 2007
    Debbie Grush
    Debbie Grush is a 1976 graduate of CHS. She played basketball, volleyball, and tennis in GAA her freshman and sophomore years, then lettered in her junior and senior years when the girls began to play in the IHSAA. She was MVP in volleyball, basketball and tennis her senior year and was the first female recipient of the Crawfordsville Booster Club Mental Attitude Award. She had a high game of 33 points in basketball her senior year.

    Anita Rupar - HOF Class of 2007
    Anita Rupar
    Anita Rupar organized girl’s tennis in 1973 at CHS and coached the girls for 30 years. She had a varsity record of 344-153 and won the first IHSAA State Championship in 1975. She also coached the boy’s tennis teams for 12 years, posting a record of 160-60. She is a charter member of the Indiana State Tennis Hall of Fame. She was named ICGSA District coach of the year 5 times and ICGSA State coach of the year twice.

    Larry Chambers - HOF Class of 2007
    Larry Chambers
    Larry is a 1954 graduate of CHS. He wrestled on the varsity all four years and wrestled in the State Wrestling Tourney three of those years. He lost to the eventual State Champ in 1952 and finished second in the state in 1954. He attended Indiana University on a wrestling scholarship after graduation.

    Keith Churchill - HOF Class of 2007
    Keith Churchill
    Keith is a 1950 graduate of CHS. He was captain of the 1949 team that had a record of 7-1. He played varsity football for four years and scored 57 points his senior year, starring in the same backfield with Stan Huntsman. He also played basketball and ran track for two years.

    Jack Hesler - HOF Class of 2007
    Jack Hesler
    Jack Hesler was a 1946 graduate of CHS. He played basketball and golf all four years, then went on to play golf at Purdue University for four years. Jack was the Indiana State Amateur Champion in 1952. He was also the Ohio State Amateur Champion in 1971 and was inducted into the Ohio State Golf Hall of Fame in 1994.
