Transfer Application

Thank you for your support and selection of Crawfordsville Community Schools! We're excited for you to join the Athenian family!

New transfer students are required to complete and return an application to CCSC along with Disciplinary and Attendance Records from their previous school. Reapplication is required each year for transfer students.

The transfer application must be returned to the Administration Office before August 1st. You may drop off applications at the Administration Office or email it to Stephanie Wilkinson, CCSC Executive Assistant. You will be contacted once your application has been processed.
