Welcome to the 2023-24 School year! We are finalizing preparations for a great school year for you and your students. We are committed to serving all students, parents, and staff with a safe, caring, learning-focused, and fun school environment. We proudly serve our diverse student population with their talents, needs, backgrounds, goals, and dreams.
This webpage provides information on registration, transportation, school supplies, elementary PTO, and much more. If you can not find any needed information or need help, please contact your child’s school building; the office staff are back and ready to help you. If you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to contact my office at 765-362-2342.

Chromebook Insurance for CHS Students
Chromebooks will be handed out to new students the first few days of school. Below is insurance protection for the device, which is recommended.

Please visit The Worth Ave Group's website to sign up for device insurance. While not required, we strongly recommend signing up for an insurance policy. The Worth Ave Group has been insuring 1:1 programs in Indiana for some time. They bring knowledge and experience to insuring students' devices. For a small fee of $27.00 or $32.00(per device) you'll be covered for a full year with no deductible. Coverage includes:
- Accidental Damage (Drops and Spills)
- Cracked Screen
- Liquid Submersion
- Fire, Flood & Natural Disaster
- Power Surge Due to Lightning
- Theft, Vandalism, Robbery, Burglary
Coverage is per device.

Fall athletic seasons are here
CHS
We are excited to get started with high school athletics. Fall practices begin for Girls Golf on Friday, July 28 and the remaining fall sports start on Monday, July 31st. All student athletes and parents/guardians must complete signing off on all documents in Final Forms and have a completed physical on file at CHS before starting practice. Crawfordsville High School will once again be using GoFan for All-Sports Passes during the 2023-24 season. Click on the All-Sports Pass Tab to purchase those passes. With over 75 home events during the 23-24 school year, the All-Sports Pass is the way to go for families and fans of CHS athletics.
Parents and fans should subscribe to EventLink for up-to-date schedules for CHS athletic teams by going to www.eventlink.com. Subscribers will receive notifications of postponements, cancellations, and changes to our schedules. The new CHS athletics webpage can provide fans with the ability to see weekly schedules for all of our sports teams or print a team's schedule.
CMS
Like the high school athletes, all student athletes and parents/guardians must complete signing off on all documents in Final Forms and have a completed physical on file at CHS before starting practice. Links to the physical form and Final Forms can be located on the CMS Athletic page

Athletic Passes - All sport passes for parents/families will be available for purchase in person at CMS during locker loading or in the front office. $50 for a single pass and $125 for a family pass. Locker loading is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 1, 9:00am to 12:00pm and Thursday, Aug. 3, 4:00pm to 7:00pm
CMS students may purchase the 2023-24 CMS Spirit Shirt for $25 as their Student Athletic Pass. This gets students into all home events except for tourneys and invitationals. These will be available at locker loading and for sale in the office until they are sold out.

Transportation Services
Students must register for transportation by Monday, July 24 for first day of school services. New students will be able to register for transportation during their registration days.
Late registration for returning students will receive services beginning on August 14th.

Franciscan Health is offer an immunization day at Crawfordsville High School on Aug. 7, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. The Franciscan team will provide immunizations for students who are due or past due on their records.
