Crawfordsville Community School Corporation has partnered with Marzano Resources to become certified as a Highly Reliable School.
High Reliability School (HRS) certification is an intense professional development and learning process used to provide a framework of support for staff and students. CCSC is currently focusing on certification of HRS Level 1, Safe, Supportive, and Collaborative Culture. A team of principals and teachers recently attended the National HRS Summit in San Antonio where they got to hear from some of the top speakers and minds in education. This team will be a great resource as CCSC continues to enhance its framework for supporting staff and students in the classroom.
