Adult Education Fee Schedule

Overview

Crawfordsville Adult Resource Academy (CARA) is committed to providing free, high-quality educational opportunities for adults in our community. All instructional classes, including High School Equivalency (HSE), English Language Learning (ELL), and Career Training programs, are offered at no cost to students.

Nominal Fees

While all classes are tuition-free, students may occasionally be responsible for small fees related to materials, textbooks, or certification exams. These fees are minimal and will be communicated clearly in advance.

Examples of possible nominal fees include:
  • Textbooks or Certification Manuals
  • Optional study guides or test preparation materials
  • Certification or assessment exam fees set by testing agencies
Financial Assistance

No student will be denied participation due to an inability to pay. Fee waivers or financial assistance are available for any required materials or testing costs. Students who need assistance may speak confidentially with program staff to arrange alternative options.
