The Crawfordsville Community School Corporation is committed to providing professional nursing care all day, every day in our schools. Our nurses are all registered nurses, licensed by the state of Indiana and specializing in the care of children and adolescents. We strive to help children to reach their educational potential by working to keep students optimally healthy. We work to provide individual care for children with special health conditions, as well as to provide a safe, healthy learning environment for all students.

DENTAL CLINIC INFORMATION

 Forms are also available in the school office and school health clinic. Any time your child needs assistance with dental care, or with vision problems such as need for an eye exam, or repairing broken glasses, reach out to the school nurse--we can help

 

IMMUNIZATION CLINIC INFORMATION

We are partnering with Franciscan Immunizations Division to offer in-school shot clinics. Please watch your school's social media for announcements.  Make sure your child is up-to-date, especially for the requirements at the 6th and 12th grade levels!
