Congratulations to the Hoover Elementary Math Bowl Team that won first place in its division and overall placed 37th out of 102 teams in the state of Indiana.

At the recent Area Competition, the team earned 21 points out of a total 32, a four-point increase from last year’s team score.

Students on the team include Harper Kohl, Burke Ratcliff, Whitman Mong, Elizabeth Nunan, Elliott Peck, Shakira Rodriguez, Dylan Andrade, Lexi Cox, Kaito Koyanagi, Esperanze Lopez, Vedanti Kiran, and Raphael Lagunes-Olvera.
